One on one.

Each session is one hour at $70.

It's all about what YOU + your body want out of this hour.

group sesh.

Same drill as the one on one except with

2-4 of your pals at $45 a session.

Classes.

STRENGTH- this is our circuit-based strength class which focuses on 70% strength and 30% cardio. This class is 60 minutes.

PUNCH- our new interval-based boxing class. Leads you through basic boxing moves, strength and core to increase your heart rate, rotational movements and get sweaty. This class is 45 minutes. $25 (gloves needed or purchase at the door -please message prior)

SUP Strength.

What is SUP Strength? This 1-hour class focuses on balance, endurance and strength through a circuit of exercises you would do on land… think push-ups, squats, burpees, core and upper body burn out.
